Phil is the Managing Director of On-Off Group, a strategic design company based in the Philippines, whose mission is to create meaningful change through the application of design thinking principles.

He has over 6 years training experience with senior leadership teams, managers, government, educators, startups, students from a diverse client list including Sun Life, Meralco, DICT, QBE, EastWest Bank, Shell, Security Bank, KMC, Unilab, Trend Micro, AusTrade, European Chamber of Commerce, the Department of Trade and Industry, the Department of Labor and Employment and more.

The CESI group pioneered executive search and contingent staffing services and outsourcing in the Philippines. Among the services currently provided by AOBS are HR Operations, Recruitment Process Outsourcing , Administrative Concierge Services and Customer Education project management for multinationals and major Philippine companies. Grace’s interests include research and thought leadership. She is the CEO of the IRC Institute, a thought leadership platform active in more than 45 countries dedicated to the study of intercultural management. She was President of the People Management Association of the Philippines in 2009 and has led a number of its researches. She taught courses in talent management and Industrial /Organizational Psychology in several colleges and universities- including in her alma mater of UP . A former Labor Undersecretary and Labor Attache, he was the 2014 President of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). Atty. Jimenez is a seasoned government public official, civil servant and a longtime corporate executive of the top three (3) big business conglomerates (oil, food and beverage) in the country. He has behind him 15 years of successful government service and 20 productive years in the business sector, 12 years in San Miguel Corporation, 3 years in Petron/PNOC and 5 years in Pepsi Cola. 

He has been a professor of Law and Humanities at night from 1969 to 2001 in various universities with a total academic experience of more than 30 years, all the while when he was working at daytime. He has just completed his term as the Labor Attache in Taichung, Taiwan, after a successful stint as Labor Attache in Malaysia from 2005 to 2008, and in Kuwait from 2008-2010.

Ms. Haidee Enriquez

Haidee is responsible for the operations of Sitel in provincial areas which currently includes Tarlac, Baguio, and Puerto Princesa, with a combined workforce of close to 8,000. Concurrently, she was recently appointed as Chief HR Officer.

Haidee spent 20 years in the HR profession before making a pivotal move to general management. She honed her skills in HR and front-line operations management in diverse service-oriented industries including BPO, food and medical services. She joined Sitel in 2009, handled regional and global responsibilities as VP-HR, Asia-Pacific and VP-Global Talent Acquisition where she was responsible for Sitel’s recruitment function across 23 countries.

Even before her transition to operations and general management, Haidee already was recognized as one of the handful of Filipino HR professionals who have made a distinction in the local, regional, and global stage, and well-known in the government, business and socio-civic circles due to her active involvement in initiatives to uplift the practice of people management in the country. She was one of the founding officers of HRCC Forum, comprised of HR pioneers of the country’s BPO industry. She is also the founder and incumbent President of PMAP Palawan Chapter.

Haidee is an alumna of the Harvard Business School. In 2017, she was awarded the distinction “People Manager of the Year” by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). She was bestowed the honor of Fellow in People Management by the elite Philippine Society of Fellows in 2018 and in the same year, a program which she champions in Sitel, Sitel Academy, was awarded “People Program of the Year”.

He earned his MBA degree at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (sans thesis) and BSBA Management course, magna cum laude, from the Aquinas University, Legazpi City. He has a Diploma in Human Resource Development, Compensation Management, Labor Relations, and HR Planning and Acquisition from the Jose Rizal University. He is a Management and Human Resource Consultant, Training Consultant, Seminar Facilitator and Speaker as he conducts programs on values, leadership, emotional intelligence, work life integration, team alignment, career development, job hunting as well as sales and customer service. Jesse was the Corporate Human Resources Head of the Philippine Daily Inquirer. He shifted career to become the Inquirer’s AVP for Classified Advertising and then was promoted as AVP for Industry Relations. Dr. Virgel “Dong” Binghay is currently Professor and Director, Center for Industry Productivity and Competitiveness, School of Labor and Industrial Relations, University of the Philippines (UP-SOLAIR) where he teaches industrial relations, HR management and development. Being an accredited voluntary arbitrator of the Department of Labor and Employment, Dr. Binghay handles labor cases. He obtained the following degrees: Ph.D. in Educational Sociology and Anthropology; Master of Industrial Relations (specialization: HR Development); Diploma in Industrial Relations; and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology – all from the University of the Philippines (UP). He has a Certificate in Quality Management from the Tokyo Kenshu Center in Japan. Before joining the University, Dr. Binghay was connected with the private sector including San Miguel Corporation. For more than 30 years, he has provided various organizational interventions to more than 280 clientele. Dr. Binghay has attended and lectured in various international conferences in Australia, Japan, Germany, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand. Authored several books and published articles, he is also a recipient of various awards, recognitions, and grants.

She is the President of the North Road Image & Fashion Group, a corporation that specializes in corporate and personal image training, consultancy and fashion design.

From a business solely devoted to changing “looks”, she has evolved to focus on changing “lives” through the creation of an image training and consultancy division – Image Designers International, where she leads customized workshops and speaks on image strategy, reinvention and people branding.

LLOYD ABRIA LUNA is the first and only Filipino to represent the Philippines in a global speakers summit. He has been an Asian motivational speaker for over 10 years, delivering an average of 120 inspirational speeches annually. As author and originator of Stepback™—the lost art of Filipino leadership— Lloyd teaches the practice of putting people at the center of leadership.
